Our Experienced Staff
Western Mass Collision is owned
and operated by Andre' Marcoux who has 24 years in the auto body
& collision repair business. Andre' is I-CAR Certified, has been a member of MABA, Massachusetts Auto
Body Association, since 2006 and 
previously he was a chief automotive instructor. Keeping up to date with industry
standards and technology, Andre' completes 150 hours of collision management training each year. He is also a licensed appraiser.
Western Mass Collision Staff includes 3 Master Collision Technicians with a combined 40
years
of experience, an Automotive Detailer with 24 years of experience and Automotive
Refinish Technician with 30 years experience.
Our Office Manager, Nancy, has 23 years years experience. She is your point of contact. Nancy handles all aspects of customer service and is the go between for the customer with the insurance company.
